The Ottawa Riverkeeper Sprint Triathlon was the first triathlon I ever did, I had been biking, running, and swimming, but until this point I had never really thought that much about competing. Turns out I actually enjoy the competition, and with the exception of my swim split I was pretty happy with my results. My run split surprised me, and my bike split wasn't too bad considering the fact that I was riding a touring bike.
